GENERAL RULES AND POLICY

As our valued consumer, the following rules for ordering and shipping must be observed.

1.Pay as you order. Orders place on the website should be paid first before checking out. A secure payment option will be available on the website.

2.Same day shipment. Orders placed on or before 3:00 pm will be shipped on the same day, except otherwise there was problem with the orders and/or couriers.

3.Next day shipment. On the other hand, orders placed after 3:00 pm will be shipped the next day to give enough time to process your orders.

4.Shipping. Shipping timeline depends on the destination, it will run from 2 to 3 business days.

5.Delivery partners. Our delivery partners are UPS, FedEx, and Truck courier.
